IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free on select items only and depending on the time of promotion. For items designated "FREE SHIPPING", please note that those offers and incentives will be calculated at checkout to make sure you get your offer.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
We will make sure your get the same packaging. However in some rare occasions we may run out of stock and may need to complete your order from a different warehouse which may result in different packaging. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times and in different packaging to prevent holding up your order and to make sure you get it as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders may ship out from any of our international warehouses. We will do our best to get you your order as fast as possible! We ask that you generally allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA. If you are in another geographic location please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. This is primarily due to distance and in some cases customs. Please note that these are only estimates.
You may be able to expedite shipping for additional shipping cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. Orders sometimes do get delayed or lost in the process. However, if the package(s) are insured, we will send you new package(s) with quicker shipping and full tracking. Sorry! We will not refund or ship you another item if the loss involves customs in your country or your side of the delivery. Please see our refund and return policy for when these situations may be applicable..
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. This means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged to you once your order arrives to its final destination. These situations are are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
